- Duration: 90 minutes (centering, warm-ups, asanas, savasana & 10 min. meditation)
- What to Bring: Comfortable clothing, a yoga mat (or borrow one at the Temple), and water.
- Cost per class : $15 regular/ Senior $10 (65+) you can get a session pack discount too!

This class is ideal for beginners, those recovering from injury, or anyone seeking a deeply restorative practice. It’s less about “doing” and more about “being,” with props acting as companions to guide the body into ease.
Class Atmosphere
- Lighting & Ambiance: Soft, warm lighting with calming music or silence to encourage relaxation.
- Pace: Slow, mindful transitions with long holds to allow the body to settle.
- Focus: Creating comfort, stability, and spaciousness in each posture.
Props & Supports
- Bolsters & Pillows: Used to support the spine or to cushion knees in seated poses.
- Blankets: Folded for extra padding under joints or rolled to elevate hips.
- Blocks: Provide height and stability in standing poses or gentle forward folds.
- Straps: Assist in reaching without strain, especially in hamstring stretches or shoulder openers.
- Chairs: Offer support for balance postures or seated variations.

- Gentle Warm-Up
- Ananda Poses: supported standing poses like warrior variations with a chair or block.
